Hi loves. Welcome to my new blog! I’m so excited I finally got to make my space something I was proud of and something that would be better (looking) for all of you. If any of you are friends with me they know that I’ve been going through a lifestyle change. I’ve been trying to eat healthy and hitting the gym every day. I wanted to start a new series here, Fitness Friday, and post something fitness or health related once a week. To kick it off here’s some footage of me workout out with my trainer and I may just add on this workout kicked my ass! It was so crazy intense but I felt so good once I had it done.
